Why we only repair Samsung
We started this business after seeing the same thing over and over. Samsung owners in Dubai would call a general repair company, a technician would turn up who'd mostly worked on other brands, and the job would take two or three visits. Wrong part ordered, or the error code misread.
Samsung appliances aren't hard to fix, but they have their own logic: inverter motors, digital inverter compressors, test modes, and error codes that mean something specific. Spend your working week on them and you start recognising faults from the description alone.
So that's what we do. Our technicians work on Samsung washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, dryers and ovens every day. We stock the parts that fail most often and keep them in the vans. That's the whole reason most of our repairs finish on the first visit.
How we work
- Honest diagnosis. If something isn't worth fixing, we'll say so. A repair that costs nearly as much as a new appliance is rarely a good deal.
- Price first, work second. You'll hear the full price before we pick up a tool, and that's what you pay.
- Parts you can see. We tell you whether a part is original Samsung or a tested equivalent, and show you the one we took out.
- A warranty that means something. Same fault back within the warranty period? We come back and fix it, no charge.
- Real people on WhatsApp. Questions a week after the repair get answered by the team, not a bot.

No. We're a completely independent repair company. We specialise in Samsung appliances, but we're not part of Samsung, its service network or its dealers.

Who will come to my home?
One of our own technicians, not a subcontractor. They'll message you before arriving, carry ID and wear our uniform.
